Southeast Asia

Here is a compilation of about 18 months spent working, living, and backpacking through Southeast Asia.

For the next adventure, I’m definitely investing in a GoPro. 🙂

  1. Wow, that looks like an incredible, life changing experience! So many fun memories and a video is a great way to relive all the fun times. I’m so envious of your time in Southeast Asia, I want to explore SEA so bad. Hopefully it will be my next big backpacking trip and I will certainly be looking at your site for lots of recommendations and tips. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I am about to start applying for jobs in Asia as a teacher, I am thinking about maybe kindergarten in Hong Kong…but I don’t know if that’s realistic or not seeing as I have just “qualified”. Still, it’s a nice adventure that I can look forward to! And I will take your advice and bring a GO-PRO with me 😀

  3. A stunning video which showcases why SE Asia is so extra special. Can’t wait to see the lantern festival someday. Did you enjoy Battambang and did you think it was worth the effort to get there? The bamboo train? Thanks. Planning a trip this Xmas.

  4. Been to Thailand / Laos / Cambodia 7 times for work, travel and volunteering. Also been to Bhutan, Bali, Hong Kong, Singapore – I really love Asia. I need to see Seoul, sounds like a good spot to visit! Hard to pick a favorite, but there is something about the Himalayas that really draws me back.
